Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Bark Stop™! These Terms & Services outline the rules and responsibilities when using our website or booking any of our training programs.

By using our site or scheduling training, you agree to the following:

1. General Overview

The Bark Stop™ provides professional, force-free dog training services including Private Training, Daily Training, and Stay n Train programs. All services are operated by Joe Violante in Orlando, Florida.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All training sessions or packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to other training services within one year of purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App (credit card payments via PayPal include a small transaction fee).

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • A 12-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiting the session.

  • In cases of emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss accommodations.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their dog’s health, behavior, and vaccination status.

  • The client is responsible for maintaining the dog’s safety and comfort between training sessions.

  • Training results depend on consistent follow-through at home — success requires active participation.

5. Dog Eligibility

All dogs participating in our programs must:

  • Be current on vaccinations

  • Be free of contagious illness

  • Show no signs of aggression toward humans or dogs (unless part of a behavior modification plan agreed upon in advance)

6. Libility

The Bark Stop™ uses only humane, force-free methods. However, owners understand that training involves inherent risk. By participating, you agree not to hold The Bark Stop™ or its trainers liable for injury, illness, or behavioral outcomes resulting from training or participation in our programs.

7. Photography & Media

We love sharing success stories! By participating in training, you grant The Bark Stop™ permission to use photos or videos of your dog for marketing or educational purposes unless you opt out in writing.

8. Changes to Services

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, programs, or availability at any time. Updates will always be posted on our website.
